You will likely have thousands of photos taken on your wedding day and you will want to make sure every moment is captured perfectly. But don’t forget there are important pictures that do not include people. There is so much work and detail that goes into a wedding day and because it is going to  go by so fast it is important to having photos of the tiniest details that will spark memories and remind you it's the little things that help tell the story of your wedding day!

Invitations

Once you decide on a theme, or the look you are going for, you will pick out the invitations that reflect your vision. It is the first impression your guests will have of your wedding and will make a natural  first chapter to the story your wedding album will tell.

Your Ceremony and Reception Space

This was the first thing you had to decide on after you said “yes”. It is the biggest part of your budget and you spent most of your planning on where and how you wanted the space to reflect you and your partners personalities. So why not document it. The details are why you fell in love with it in the first place.

Flowers

Flowers can be a large part of your wedding budget but have a short life span! Artfully captured photos of all the floral arrangements will make them live forever. (and don’t forget your wedding bouquet).

The Ring

You may get to look at it the rest of your life but make sure you get amazing up close pictures of that shiny diamond! This is a perfect shot for your album because it is what started your journey together and carefully selected by you new spouse to reflect your style. Your grandchildren will enjoy seeing what style was popular when you married the love of your life.

The Cake

The cake is another one of the items of your wedding day that will not be around after the reception is over. Remember agonizing over the flavors and how many tiers you want, did you want sugar flowers or fondant, or just buttercream frosting. You spent time deciding on the design of your cake. Make sure to get a photo to remind you of what it looked like after your guests complimented you on the amazing flavor!

The Accessories

This includes all your jewelry, shoes, cufflinks, garter, and any special items. If you were given a special pair of earrings they should be included: maybe you were loaned a beautiful necklace, or given a dainty embroidered  hankie. All these things are special memories that you will want documented on the wedding day.

Your Dress

You dreamed about this dress forever,  spent many hours looking for just the perfect one, and dedicated a part of your budget to slip into the dress of your dreams on your wedding day. This deserves to have every detail captured!. From its classic silhouette to all the tiny crystals sewn into the fancy French lace, you will appreciate having every detail captured. ( this is double important if you decide to sell you dress after the wedding)

Every tiny detail will add up to create your unique wedding day; years from now you will want to be able to enjoy them as much as you did on that day andThe best way to do that is to have them all documented in a beautiful heirloom album.
