An Amazing Seattle Gothic Engagement Session

During our consultation call Marizza told me she wanted to do a goth inspired engagement session. I was excited to see what we could put together! We discussed many different options but eventually settled on a park and cemetery.

They live up in the Monroe area and found an amazing park. Inside Al Borlin park we found some amazing old growth trees, abandoned railroad tracks and beautiful river views.  The old growth trees and overgrown vegetation lended itself perfectly to the mystic feeling Marizza wanted in her photos.

Marizza and Aaron also choose a cemetery for their second location. Not what most people would choose but it fit with their theme. The cemetery was the perfect place to add to their beautifully dark and mysterious feeling.

This cemetery also had special meaning for them as some of their family was buried there. Marizza brought some fun props that we used to get some amazing shots.
